Over at Mojo Monday, they had this fun sketch. I've kinda been into circle cards lately so I thought I'd give it a go!
This sketch and the entries on this blog are a challenge for me in that the style is more layered and "fussy" than I usually do. But that's the fun of a challenge, right? I tried really hard to stick to the sketch, even though I wanted to leave some elements out. Because I mounted the butterfly on yellow cardstock, it came out really blue even though its more green in the packaging. C'est la vie!
Here's my take on the square card, using similar supplies. In addition to Mojo Monday, I just learned about this other challenge on Use It Tuesday: make a project with two hoarded items.
My second hoarded item is the 28 mm Imaginisce brad daddy. I only have a few of these ultra big brads, so I use them sparingly. Why - so easy to get more!
Thanks for taking a peek, and I sure appreciate your comments!

Amazing cards. Thanks for joining us at Use it Tuesday- UIT DT Haven
Beautiful zesty, youthful and colourful cards. And the paper flower is gorgeous. I know what you mean about hoarded stash - maybe I ought to go on the challenge site myself & force myself to use up some of the much accumulated stash I have lol. Px
Loved the bright yellow. So vibrant
