Birthday Disguise

Heart2Heart Challenge:  We "Mustache" You to Join

Create anything you want that features mustaches.

Could the ladies over at Heart2Heart Challenge picked a theme any more challenging for me? The Mustache craze is cute and funny, but I had such a hard time relating on a creative baisis.  Well, I guess that's why they call them "challenges!"

I used the Artiste cartridge to cut the mustache and put it on an edited photo of my brother-in-law who's birthday is in April.  I would say the beauty of the CTMH cartridges is that they are so versatile, just one simple cut can add fun and whimsy to any project or event!

I'm playing along with the March Madness contest, and this is my 3rd week and 3rd entry - whoo-hoo!  Come check them out, you can find my other entries here and here.  You have until the end of the month to enter each week's challenge and possibly win a prize.

Now, on to the real March Madness... let's go Ducks!

Cardstock:  Petersen Arne, Bee Paper Co., scraps.
Software: Adobe PSE9, font Cooper Black.
Stamps: CTMH, Cricut Artiste Birthday.
Cart: CTMH Artiste.
Ink:  Momento Tuxedo Black.
Pens:  Spectrum Noir.
A6 card.

Thanks for your comments!

I felt the same way you did about the "mustache" challenge. But isn't it great how challenges make us step out of our comfort zone?
This card is just so, so clever! I love the "no disguising it" sentiment on the front of a real photo and created a card out of it. Just so personal and so funny! Thanks for playing at Heart 2 Heart!
